STEVE MILIONIS

Steve has 30 years experience in the construction trade.  He started his own custom painting company in the 80’s. (Detailed House Painting).  He was also part owner of CAC Properties who bought homes, remodeled and then sold them.  From there, he took the venture with his two sons of starting Milions Homes bringing all their experiences together.  He loves to plan and detail out all the phases of the projects including working with Realtors, City Planners, Architects and Engineers.   He holds two Master Degrees, one from University of Idaho and the other form Washington State University.  If he is not working, he is golfing, traveling with his wife Mary or spending time in the gym.  He lives in Spokane Washington.

SCOTT MILIONIS

Scott is an electrician by trade and brings smart home technology to each project. He has residential and commercial experience in building for the last 12 years.  He has outstanding knowledge in all phases of building including design, energy efficiency technology and management. He makes sure that all Milionis Homes have specialized lighting throughout.   He loves working directly with clients on making sure that their dream homes become a reality. He also works directly with sub-contractors to make sure that their responsibilities are managed and completed.   He lives in Spokane Washington.  If he is not working, he is golfing, snowmobiling or spending time with his daughter Alyssa.

SAM MILIONIS

Sam is a Journeyman Heavy Equipment operator by trade and brings excavation experience to each project.  This includes all retaining walls, foundation drainage, gutter drainage, grading, foundation prep, driveways and landscape design. He manages all sewer, water and gas hookups on each project.   He also has knowledge in all phases of building and also loves to work directly with clients helping them though the building process.  He lives in Coeur d’ Alene Idaho.   If he is not working he is snowmobiling, jet skiing or just spending time on Coeur d’ Alene Lake.

RENEE' GREENSWORD

Renee’ has 23 years experience in Interior Design.  She studied interior design at Spokane Fall Community College.  She has worked with many builders in the area and now works with all Milionis Homes clients.  Clients love working with Renee’.  She brings experience, knowledge and all the latest design trends to the table. She helps clients with all interior colors schemes, stone, tile, patterns designs, cabinets, flooring, backsplash design and countertops.  She blends aesthetics, space, and does so in consideration of the available working area, desires, and budget of the client.  She is very artistic and has very good listening skills. If she is not working, she loves spending time on Coeur d’ Alene Lake with her family.  Milionis Homes provides Interior Design services for their clients.
