The Milionis team is a family focused on impeccable quality

Scott Milionis

Scott is an electrician by trade. He has 15 years experience in residential and commercial work and working knowledge in all phases of building including design, energy efficiency technology and construction management. Scott loves working directly with clients and making sure their dream homes are the best they can be. He also works with sub-contractors to make sure that their responsibilities are managed and completed. He enjoys being a member of the family business and knowing when he works to build a home, he is involved in much more than a job. Scott lives in Spokane Washington and enjoys spending leisure time with his daughter Alyssa, golfing and snowmobiling.

Sam Milionis

Sam is a journeyman heavy equipment operator and brings crucial excavation expertise to each project. Luxury custom homes are often built on hillside locations. The excavators for these type of projects must be at the top of their field. Sams' experience and expertise allows him to provide a well coordinated and seamless blending of the many facets involved in providing excavation work for a custom home. Using one person for foundation prep, retaining walls, sewer, water and gas hookups, as well as building driveways, finish grading etc. is a huge benefit that few builders can offer. Sams' depth of involvement with each project allows him to be thinking ahead to the finish grading and landscaping from the moment the excavation begins. He also has knowledge and experience in all phases of building a custom home, which makes him available to work directly with clients and watch out for them throughout the building process. Sams commitment to the project goes beyond doing his job and reflects his dedication to the team, his family, the family business and the customer. Sam lives in Coeur d’ Alene Idaho. Sam is an outdoorsman who enjoys snowmobiling, jet skiing or just spending time on Coeur d’ Alene Lake.
